Fuller Gardens

This is one of the most beautiful public gardens in the area with a large rose collection, perennial borders, a Japanese garden and much more.

Prescott Park

A park on the waterfront of Portsmouth, with an impressive display of annuals during the summer.

 

The Strawbery Banke preserves an entire old town quarter of Portsmouth, including a number of gardens, that are restored according to their respective period.

 

    The Society for the Preservation of New England Antiques describes the Langdon House and the Rundlet-May House in Portsmouth, both of which have restored gardens.

The Seacoast Science Center

Not only creatures from the sea but also a beautiful coastal woodland for a Sunday walk.
