Watercolor Paintings:  Tableaux: 'Poissons du Niger'

 

I painted these fish on a visit to Niger in 1987/88. Most of them had been brought to me by my friend Alain, who worked there in a fisheries project. These paintings are now owned by 'Deutscher Entwicklungsdienst' (German Volunteer Service). The photos are scanned from old slides, unfortunately I don't have better ones.
