Pool surroundings and coping

A pool company poured this freeform pool. The landscape designer will have to find solutions to integrate the rigid object into its surrounding.

This pool appears naturally embedded into its setting. A lot of fill and soil has been added to hide the originally protruding outline on this end of the pool.

The terrace around this pool has been built right against some upcoming  ledge.

Some rock boulders have been placed into the bluestone terrace surrounding this pool. Technically, the boulders are placed first, and the stone is cut around them.

A coping of natural stone on a curved pool is especially challenging.

This pool has a straight coping of heavy bluestone treads. The curved corners in the back require custom cut coping stones.
